Rachel Finegold
Co-founder and CEO

Rachel Finegold is Co-founder and CEO at Frontier Health. Prior to establishing Frontier Health, Rachel led Palantir’s UK Healthcare Team overseeing the company’s work with National Health Service hospitals, including implementing the Federated Data Platform (FDP) in over 40 Trusts. During this time, she worked directly with care coordinators, clinicians and operational teams to ensure the successful development, implementation and adoption of new technological solutions to challenges faced, including those in elective waiting lists and operating theatres. Before joining Palantir, she ran product, operations and strategy for women’s healthtech company reaching over 1 million women. She worked in Venture Capital investing in early-stage tech start-ups. Rachel holds a M.sc. from London Business School and a BA from the University of Oxford.

Eoghan Hogan
Founding Engineer

Eoghan Hogan is an experienced AI Engineer with a deep focus on Machine Learning, specifically in Natural Language Processing. Before Frontier Health, Eoghan held the position of Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, where he was responsible for driving several high-impact projects. His work spanned from full-stack development to contributing to innovative projects in Conversational AI. His most recent work focused on the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models, alongside exploring more rigorous safety guardrails. Eoghan holds a first class degree from University College Dublin in Computer Science. He won the Franz Geiselbrechtinger Medal for best final year project which was based on Reinforcement Learning.

Harry Ragan
Founding Engineer

Harry Ragan is an experienced Software Engineer with a background in infrastructure and reliability. Harry spent 4 years at Google as a Staff Software Engineer, developing a data platform processing medical records for use in a clinical setting. After that, Harry worked at DeepMind where he focused on Responsible AI initiatives. Prior to Google, Harry worked at a London-based startup that specialised in AI simulations and virtual worlds. He started his career in Ferrari's Formula One team as a software engineer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Zoë Williams
VP Business Development

Zoë has a wide ranging experience spanning Operations and Product roles. Prior to joining Frontier Health, Zoë led Operations and Deal Execution at a Family Office. Previously she was an Operations Leader at Palantir Technologies, leading the delivery of the Company's AI bootcamp program, as well as various other projects spanning Financial Services, Government, Health, and Palantir's Startup Program. Prior to that she led Product for Deliveroo's subscription product, Deliveroo Plus, and logistics algorithms teams, and started her career as an Officer in the Royal Navy. She also represented the Great Britain Junior Team in Synchronised Swimming and won medals for Team UK at the Invictus Games.

Lawrence Ngu
Software Engineer

Lawrence is an experienced software engineer specializing in full-stack development. During his three years at Google as a Software Engineer, he contributed to the growth of Google Search and helped with the build of AI experiences into search. He began his Google journey building developer tools for the Play Store before transitioning to search technologies. Prior to Google, Lawrence interned at several startups and successfully launched a directory platform for home businesses in Malaysia. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Swansea University.

Marlene Staib
Applied AI Research Engineer

Marlene is an AI engineer with experience conducting applied research at Google DeepMind and in startups. Before joining Frontier, she worked on bringing large language models like Gemini into various user-facing products at Google, such as AI overviews and AI mode. Her experience spans multimodal machine learning technologies including speech, language, knowledge graphs, and vision-language models, as well as tool-use agents. To reliably deliver cutting-edge and safe applications for products with billions of users, she has contributed novel evaluations and datasets and experimented with modelling techniques including supervised fine-tuning, distillation, and reinforcement learning. Marlene holds an MSc from The University of Edinburgh in Speech and Language Processing and an MA from Aarhus University in Cognitive Semiotics.

Daniel Solomon
Forward Deployed Engineer

Daniel has a background in software engineering, from investment banking systems to NLP startups. More recently he spent 3.5 years at Palantir Technologies as a Forward Deployed Engineer on the healthcare team, partnering directly with NHS trusts to build custom workflows that gave clinical teams real-time visibility over admitted patients and streamlined the tasks driving their discharge. Daniel also transitioned trusts onto the Federated Data Platform. He holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from the University of Sheffield. When he's not shipping solutions, you'll find him on the mat training martial arts.

Jenna Bray
Founding Operations

Jenna Bray holds a diverse background in operations, data engineering, and business development, complemented by her career as a GB fencer. Jenna plays a critical role in shaping the company’s operations and execution. Previously, Jenna worked as a Data Engineer at Accenture, where she specialized in SQL, data migration, and data engineering solutions. She also held a business development role at Palantir Technologies, where she contributed to the growth of the company's Foundry platform and gained extensive experience in fostering client relationships and driving technological solutions.
