Rachel Finegold
Co-founder and CEO

Rachel Finegold is Co-founder and CEO at Frontier Health. Prior to establishing Frontier Health, Rachel led Palantir’s UK Healthcare Team overseeing the company’s work with National Health Service hospitals, including implementing the Federated Data Platform (FDP) in over 40 Trusts. During this time, she worked directly with care coordinators, clinicians and operational teams to ensure the successful development, implementation and adoption of new technological solutions to challenges faced, including those in elective waiting lists and operating theatres. Before joining Palantir, she ran product, operations and strategy for women’s healthtech company reaching over 1 million women. She worked in Venture Capital investing in early-stage tech start-ups. Rachel holds a M.sc. from London Business School and a BA from the University of Oxford.

Amna Askari
Co-Founder and CPO

Amna Askari is Co-Founder and CPO at Frontier Health where she oversees Product, Engineering and Design. Prior to establishing Frontier Health, Amna managed the healthcare company Zoe’s Machine Learning, Search and Data team, building core products at a critical stage of growth. Before Zoe, Amna worked in Palantir’s UK Healthcare Team, leading work with hospitals in the North of England and building technology products that have been deployed in over 20 hospitals. One of those products, Optica, recently won Health Services Journal award for its work in optimising hospital discharge and improving patient outcomes. For many years, Amna worked as a software engineer and holds a MEng in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Eoghan Hogan
AI Engineer

Eoghan Hogan is an experienced AI Engineer with a deep focus on Machine Learning, specifically in Natural Language Processing. Before Frontier Health, Eoghan held the position of Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, where he was responsible for driving several high-impact projects. His work spanned from full-stack development to contributing to innovative projects in Conversational AI. His most recent work focused on the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models, alongside exploring more rigorous safety guardrails. Eoghan holds a first class degree from University College Dublin in Computer Science. He won the Franz Geiselbrechtinger Medal for best final year project which was based on Reinforcement Learning.

Harry Ragan
Engineer

Harry Ragan is an Engineer with a background ininfrastructure and reliability. Harry spent 4 years at Google developing a data platform processing medical records for use in a clinical setting followed by 18 months at Google Research and DeepMind focusing on Responsible AI initiatives. Prior to Google, Harry worked at a London-based startup and began his career with Ferrari's Formula One team, trying to make cars go faster around a track. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Jenna Bray
Operations

Jenna Bray holds a diverse background in operations, data engineering, and business development, complemented by her career as a GB fencer. Jenna plays a critical role in shaping the company’s operations and execution. Previously, Jenna worked as a Data Engineer at Accenture, where she specialized in SQL, data migration, and data engineering solutions. She also held a business development role at Palantir Technologies, where she contributed to the growth of the company's Foundry platform and gained extensive experience in fostering client relationships and driving technological solutions.

James Crisp
Partnerships & Commercial

James is an experienced healthcare operations leader with a strong track record in driving service improvement, managing large-scale healthcare teams, and delivering complex transformation initiatives. James previously served as the Deputy Operations Director for Surgical Services at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he was responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of high-quality surgical services, leading teams, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the Trust's surgical departments and 1,900 staff. Before this, James held a series of leadership roles at NHS institutions. At Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, James worked as the Senior Cancer Operations Manager, where he contributed to the South East London Cancer Alliance, improving cancer care pathways and ensuring compliance with NHS Constitutional Standards. James has extensive experience in healthcare transformation and continuous improvement. Earlier in his career, James worked as a Senior Consultant at Moorhouse, where they helped design and implement complex change programmes across the health and social care system in London.
